Migration to MkDocs

I migrated my website from Pelican to MkDocs.

The reason for this is that MkDocs is more robust, has better extensions available and better theming support. The main feature that drove me to it is the auto-generation of heading indexes as anchors.

I still like Pelican though, it's a great static site generator.
